In addition, it is a relevant area for advanced professional training of the employees of the medical service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.</p> <p>AIM: To develop an interactive technology for training of medical care management at different medical evacuation stages using simulation models.</p> <p>METHODS: We used simulation models to develop digital twins of medical evacuation stages deployed in a single evacuation route, medical evacuation activities, and patient routing through medical evacuation stages in AnyLogic discrete-event modeling environment.</p> <p>RESULTS: We developed a simulation model of patient routing through medical evacuation stages to analyze and visually present data obtained by the simulation modelling to improve decision-making by commanders and senior officers in relation to the maneuver of medical service forces. The model was tested on experimental samples of the injured and patients by creating flows of casualties of different structure and power.</p> <p>CONCLUSIONS: In the context of significant intensification of information flows in military command and control bodies and the introduction of automation and management decision-making systems, the use of interactive learning elements based on simulation models in the military medical personnel training is an important component improving the training process and the quality of military medical personnel training.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обоснование. В условиях существенной интенсификации информационных потоков в органах военного управления, внедрения элементов автоматизации и систем принятия управленческих решений внедрение элементов интерактивной среды обучения на базе технологий имитационного моделирования в технологию подготовки военно-медицинских специалистов является важным элементом совершенствования учебного процесса и качества подготовки военно-медицинских специалистов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Armed Forces</kwd><kwd>medical service</kwd><kwd>simulation modeling</kwd><kwd>medical evacuation stage</kwd><kwd>evacuation route</kwd><kwd>the injured</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Вооруженные Силы</kwd><kwd>медицинская служба</kwd><kwd>имитационное моделирование</kwd><kwd>этап медицинской эвакуации</kwd><kwd>эвакуационное направление</kwd><kwd>раненый</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Bolgarev DV.
