The article examines the genesis of the Russian vocational education, which has laid the foundation for Russian vocational education in the field of human locomotion. The authors used a theoretical and retrospective approach, enabling the identification of the primary stages in the evolution of vocational education. This method facilitated the analysis of its transformation and the establishment of cause-and-effect relationships, thereby contributing to the development of the educational system. The study encompassed significant historical milestones, starting from the emergence of the first forms of education within Orthodox monasteries and the establishment of educational institutions under the patronage of Peter the Great, culminating in the evolution of vocational education in the 19th and 20th centuries. A comprehensive review of the reform process in the system of training specialists was conducted, including the introduction of compulsory education in trade schools, the establishment of universities, the development of the engineering education system, and the organization of factory schools during the Soviet period. Furthermore, the study examined the impact of social and economic transformations on the vocational education. The authors analyzed the development of educational programs, the influence of scientific discoveries on teaching methods, and the training of teaching staff. Vocational education in the field of human motor activity requires a systematic approach to the training of specialists. This approach must take into account scientific achievements, labor market needs, and educational traditions. The theoretical and retrospective method facilitated the identification of regularities in the development of the educational system and the determination of its future directions, thus ensuring the continuity of knowledge and improving the quality of teacher training.
Статья посвящена анализу генезиса отечественного профессионального образования, которое стало основой российской системы подготовки специалистов в сфере двигательной активности человека. Авторы используют теоретико-ретроспективный метод, позволяющий выявить основные этапы становления профессионального образования, проследить его трансформацию и установить причинно-следственные связи, определяющие развитие образовательной системы. Исследование охватывает ключевые исторические вехи, начиная с зарождения первых форм обучения в православных монастырях и создания образовательных учреждений при поддержке Петра I, до развития профессионального образования в XIX–XX веках. Рассматриваются этапы реформирования системы подготовки специалистов, начиная с введения обязательного обучения в ремесленных школах, создания университетов и становления системы инженерного образования, до организации фабрично-заводских училищ в советский период. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию общественно-экономических изменений на профессиональную подготовку. Авторы анализируют развитие образовательных программ, влияние научных открытий на формирование методов обучения и подготовку педагогических кадров. Подчеркивается, что профессиональное образование в сфере двигательной активности человека требует системного подхода к подготовке специалистов, учитывающего научные достижения, потребности рынка труда и образовательные традиции. Теоретико-ретроспективный метод позволил выявить закономерности формирования образовательной системы и определить направления ее дальнейшего развития, обеспечивая преемственность знаний и повышение качества подготовки педагогических кадров.
