All participants underwent a comprehensive examination before and after the educational intervention, including anthropometric and physiometric (body mass index, vital capacity, dynamometry, blood pressure, and heart rate), functional tests (PWC170), 6-month frequency analysis of acute respiratory diseases, and a quality of life assessment using the SF-36 questionnaire. The experimental group underwent a 6-month modified physical and cold exposure training. The statistical processing used the Student’s <italic>t</italic>-test.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> We found statistically significant differences in the initial indicators between the groups; the cadets in the experimental group had a higher body mass index (25.8 ± 1.3 vs 22.1 ± 1.1), lower vital capacity (3950 ± 185 mL vs 4850 ± 210 mL), and PWC170 physical performance (58.3 ± 5.1 vs 92.5 ± 4.8). After a 6-month management programme, positive changes were noted, including the improved PWC170 (an increase by 34.6%), higher vital capacity (an increase by 12.7%, lower body mass index (decrease by 6.6%), and normal blood pressure and heart rate. Improvements in quality of life were achieved; role functioning improved by 25.7% and mental health improved by 27.9%. The number of cases of acute respiratory diseases decreased by 50%.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> The developed system of medical and pedagogical monitoring has proven its effectiveness in improving the physical performance and quality of life of cadets with initially low functional indicators. A comprehensive management programme, including personalized loads, breathing exercises, and cold exposure training, allows for significant functional improvement and may be recommended for military educational institutions.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование.</bold> Проблема оптимизации врачебно-педагогического контроля физической подготовки и профилактики функциональных нарушений курсантов военно-учебных заведений в условиях интенсивных нагрузок и хронического психоэмоционального напряжения требует разработки научно обоснованных методик дозирования нагрузок и комплексного подхода.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования.</bold> Разработать и научно обосновать систему врачебно-педагогического контроля физической подготовки курсантов, направленную на улучшение функциональных показателей, снижение заболеваемости и сохранение профессионального здоровья личного состава.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Проведено проспективное сравнительное контролируемое исследование с участием 80 курсантов 4-го курса мужского пола в возрасте 20–22 лет, разделенных на нормативную (<italic>n</italic>=40) и экспериментальную (<italic>n</italic>=40) группы. Всем участникам проводилась комплексная оценка до и после педагогического воздействия, включавшая антропометрические и физиометрические показатели (индекс массы тела, жизненная емкость легких, динамометрия, артериальное давление, частота сердечных сокращений), функциональные пробы (PWC170), анализ частоты острых респираторных заболеваний за 6 месяцев и оценку качества жизни по опроснику SF-36. В экспериментальной группе в течение 6 месяцев применялась модифицированная программа физической подготовки и закаливания. Для статистической обработки данных использовали <italic>t</italic>-критерий Стьюдента.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Установлены статистически значимые различия в исходном состоянии между группами: курсанты экспериментальной группы имели более высокий индекс массы тела (25,8±1,3 против 22,1±1,1), сниженные показатели жизненной емкости легких (3950±185 мл против 4850±210 мл) и физической работоспособности PWC170 (58,3±5,1 против 92,5±4,8). После 6-месячной программы коррекции отмечена положительная динамика: улучшение PWC170 на 34,6%, увеличение жизненной емкости легких на 12,7%, снижение индекса массы тела на 6,6%, нормализация показателей артериального давления и частоты сердечных сокращений. Достигнуто улучшение качества жизни: ролевое функционирование повысилось на 25,7%, психическое здоровье ― на 27,9%. Количество случаев острых респираторных заболеваний снизилось на 50%.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Разработанная система врачебно-педагогического контроля доказала свою эффективность в улучшении физического состояния и качества жизни курсантов с исходно сниженными функциональными показателями.
