A comparative analysis of regulations and the functional performance of individuals with prosthetic lower limb demonstrated that standard running, strength, and coordination tests are unattainable for most military personnel of this category, sometimes have a significant injury potential, and create risks of secondary injuries, fatigue syndromes, and low motivation for regular training. The study shows the need to integrate the adapted physical training in the physical training system as a condition of safe, valid, and fair tests. We propose a taxonomy of hazardous standards and alternative options with functionally equivalent and safe exercises (running, forced marches, and obstacle course); an adapted certification model based on a comprehensive assessment of performance status with respect to the type of prosthesis and psychophysiological state, and organizational regulations for physical training professionals, ensuring personalized planning, monitoring, and admission to testing. The study aims to develop a safe, and motivating personalized physical training system focused on preserving the professional capacity and maintaining the combat readiness of military personnel with lower limb amputations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен критический анализ противоречий между действующими нормативами Наставления по физической подготовке в Вооружённых Силах Российской Федерации и биомеханическими, физиологическими и психоэмоциональными особенностями военнослужащих, перенёсших ампутацию нижних конечностей в ходе специальной военной операции и реализующих право на продолжение военной службы в соответствии с Федеральным законом № 315-ФЗ. На основе сравнительного анализа требований нормативов и функциональных возможностей лиц с протезированием нижних конечностей обосновано, что стандартные беговые, силовые и координационные испытания не только недостижимы для значительной части данной категории военнослужащих, но в ряде случаев обладают выраженным травмоопасным потенциалом и создают риски вторичных повреждений, перегрузочных синдромов и снижения мотивации к систематическим занятиям. Научная новизна исследования состоит в обосновании необходимости интеграции методологии адаптивной физической культуры в систему физической подготовки как условия обеспечения безопасности, валидности и справедливости контрольных процедур. Авторы предлагают классификацию травмоопасных нормативов и варианты их замены функционально эквивалентными, но безопасными упражнениями (для бега, марш-броска, преодоления полосы препятствий); модель адаптированной аттестации, основанную на комплексной оценке функционального статуса с учётом типа протезирования и психофизиологического состояния, а также организационно-методический регламент для специалистов по физической подготовке, обеспечивающий индивидуализацию планирования, контроля и допуска к испытаниям.
