A substantial increase in physical and mental stress often reduces performance due to poor recovery. However, existing nutritional support guidelines for military personnel are fragmented and inadequately standardized.</p> <p><bold>AIM:</bold> This work aimed to arrange the evidence of efficacy and safety of nutraceuticals in military medicine.</p> <p><bold>METHODS:</bold> A systematic review of publications was conducted with a review of efficacy evidence of various groups of drugs, including vitamin mineral complexes, adaptogens, antioxidants, and metabolic agents.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> The paper investigates the modes of action of nutraceuticals in the context of oxidative stress management, repleting energy stores, and immunity support. The author identifies key risks of uncontrolled use of supplements. The findings were used to develop evidence-based proposals (algorithms) for the use of nutraceuticals based on the stress profile.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> Nutraceuticals integrated into the training system of military personnel effectively increases the adaptive potential. A key aspect of the proposed algorithms is mandatory medical monitoring aimed at identification of individual contraindications, the safety profile of drugs, and minimizing risks during peak stress.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование.</bold> Интенсификация боевой подготовки и экстремальные условия службы предъявляют предельные требования к адаптационным возможностям организма военнослужащих. Значительное увеличение объёма физических и психоэмоциональных нагрузок часто ведёт к снижению работоспособности из-за недостаточного восстановления. При этом существующие рекомендации по нутритивной поддержке военнослужащих носят разрозненный характер и недостаточно стандартизированы.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования.</bold> Систематизация доказательной базы эффективности и безопасности применения нутрицевтиков в военной медицине.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Проведён систематический обзор литературы с критическим анализом доказательной базы эффективности различных групп препаратов: витаминно-минеральных комплексов, адаптогенов, антиоксидантов и метаболических средств.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Подробно рассмотрены механизмы действия нутрицевтиков в контексте коррекции оксидативного стресса, восполнения энергетических депо и поддержания иммунитета. Выявлены ключевые риски бесконтрольного приёма добавок. На основе проведённого анализа разработаны научно обоснованные предложения (алгоритмы) по применению нутрицевтиков в зависимости от профиля нагрузок.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Внедрение нутрицевтиков в систему подготовки военнослужащих является эффективным инструментом повышения адаптационного потенциала.
