This issue is particularly relevant in modern combat conditions where hybrid warfare is used. The review proposes and provides evidence for the integrated delivery system in cases of exposure to blister agents on the front line aimed at increasing survival rates and maintaining the operational capability of units. We conducted a systematic analysis of publications; a comparative performance assessment of various delivery systems based on speed, capacity, safety, and tactical applicability, and simulated tactical situations involving various delivery systems. We found that there was no universal agent delivery system. Ground-based systems have high capacity, but low delivery speed and high en route vulnerability. Unmanned aerial vehicles provide high delivery speeds, but have limited capacity and are vulnerable to electronic warfare. Automatic injection devices provide instant administration but have a limited range of medications. The comparative analysis allowed to develop a model of a hybrid multi-echelon delivery system. The developed delivery system has proved itself in simulated combat conditions. This integrated approach significantly increases survival rates and may be recommended for the troop medical support system.</p>
Комплексный подход позволяет значительно повысить выживаемость и может быть рекомендован для внедрения в систему медицинского обеспечения войск.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>blister agents</kwd><kwd>drug delivery</kwd><kwd>front line</kwd><kwd>unmanned aerial vehicles</kwd><kwd>automatic injection device</kwd><kwd>medical evacuation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>отравляющие вещества кожно-нарывного действия</kwd><kwd>доставка препаратов</kwd><kwd>линия боевого соприкосновения</kwd><kwd>беспилотные летательные аппараты</kwd><kwd>автоинжектор</kwd><kwd>медицинская эвакуация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Kryukov EV, Islamov VA.
