The specific work of APE instructors and trainers involves permanent exposure to powerful stressors: daily contact with severe nosological forms (cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, profound intellectual disabilities), the absence of rapid positive dynamics in rehabilitation, inflated expectations from parents, and a low level of financial incentives. This set of factors acts as a catalyst for the rapid development of burnout syndrome. The existing mentoring system in Russian pedagogy is traditionally focused on the transmission of didactic skills and the control of reporting documentation, while completely ignoring the psychotherapeutic and supervisory functions that are critically necessary in correctional pedagogy.</p> <p>AIM: The aim of the study was the development, theoretical and methodological justification, and experimental validation of a specialized pedagogical mentoring model aimed at preventing professional burnout in young APE specialists.</p> <p>METHODS: Within the framework of a multicenter cohort study (n=64), a three-level model was introduced, including methodological, axiological, and supervisory (Balint group) components.</p> <p>RESULTS: Using validated psychodiagnostic tools (MBI questionnaire, V.V. Boyko method), the high effectiveness of the proposed approach was demonstrated. A significant reduction in emotional exhaustion by 38.4%, relief of depersonalization, and a significant increase in the sense of professional competence were recorded.</p> <p>CONCLUSION: The scientific novelty of the study lies in the integration of clinical supervision into the pedagogical process, which adapts classical mentoring to the extreme psychological conditions of APE.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обоснование. Научная новизна исследования заключается в интеграции клинической супервизии в педагогический процесс, что адаптирует классическое наставничество к экстремальным психологическим условиям адаптивной физической культуры.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>adaptive physical education</kwd><kwd>professional burnout</kwd><kwd>emotional exhaustion</kwd><kwd>mentoring</kwd><kwd>young professionals</kwd><kwd>supervision</kwd><kwd>Balint groups</kwd><kwd>psychological and pedagogical support</kwd><kwd>professional adaptation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>адаптивная физическая культура</kwd><kwd>профессиональное выгорание</kwd><kwd>эмоциональное истощение</kwd><kwd>наставничество</kwd><kwd>молодые специалисты</kwd><kwd>супервизия</kwd><kwd>балинтовские группы</kwd><kwd>психолого-педагогическое сопровождение</kwd><kwd>профессиональная адаптация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Evseev SP.
